How to Make Citron Tea?

Ingredients: 500 grams of citron (wendan, white grapefruit) pulp, 60 grams of citron peel, 50cc of lemon juice, 150 grams of sugar, and 200 grams of honey (the ingredients can be increased or decreased according to your preference).

The method of making citron tea.

  1. Separate the seeds, white peel, and the citron flesh.
